As Domaine des Enfants inevitably expanded, so did our curiosity to explore the diverse facets of the Roussillon region.

Not only was Carrie prepared to amplify her own unique perspective and interpretation of the land through winemaking, but Marcel was also poised to delve into fresh ideas and approaches.

Together in collaboration, we were eager to push the boundaries of tradition and explore innovative avenues in winemaking.

With each bottle, we sought to capture the essence of our terroir while offering a new narrative that reflected our evolving understanding and appreciation of the region's rich heritage. The goal is to craft wines that not only reflect our individual visions but also harmonize seamlessly to create something truly exceptional. Through experimentation, we aim to celebrate the boundless potential of the Roussillon.

We created CSMB Wines as a natural addition to the domaine. CSMB Wines is, in fact, a negociant, however many of the wines still come from our parcels.
